Training

Training is an essential element to the successful implementation of e-JobPlan. Zircadian can tailor the training it provides to the needs of the trust, an individual department, or particular users.

Training day (on or off-site)
The training is delivered in a number of ways depending on the audience. Typically the first part of a training day will be used to focus on the doctors’ side of the system. This will cover the job planning process in e-JobPlan, how PAs are calculated in the system, and how to input and submit a job plan to your manager. This session can also be extended to allow doctors to input their job plan into the system with the trainer so that any questions can be answered directly.

The second part of a training day is geared towards clinical directors and focuses on the managerial functions of e-JobPlan. This includes a tutorial on how to setup a service plan, activate doctors’ accounts, track the progress of job planning across a department or trust, and manage the sign-off process for job plans.

Group webinar training sessions
Group webinar training sessions are available to clinical directors overseeing job planning in the trust. A maximum of 13 users can attend each session. Training is provided using a web application called GoToMeeting which allows Support to provide an interactive demonstration of the system online.
