Support

A dedicated and experienced team of training and support consultants are available to users of e-JobPlan. Our team is available by phone and email from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, to answer any queries you may have and ensure you get the most out of the system.

System setup and configuration
Before job planning can start, e-JobPlan has to be setup and configured to ensure it matches the needs of the trust. Many aspects of the system can be customised at both trust and department level and this is key to ensuring trust policies and objectives, and the general rules of job planning, are communicated to all users of e-JobPlan.

Username and password
Each user of e-JobPlan is issued with a username and password to access their secure, online account. If users happen to lose their log-in details, or simply cannot remember them, they can contact the Zircadian Support Desk which will re-issue new log-in details. Alternatively, users can request for their log-in details to be sent to them from the e-JobPlan log-in page.

Job planning guidance
Successful job planning requires all those involved to understand the job planning process in the trust. The Support Desk can advise managers and doctors on how job planning works in e-JobPlan, what is expected of them, and how to accurately record their job plan in the system.

PA calculations
e-JobPlan calculates the number of programmed activities (PAs) on a job plan which in turn influences how much a consultant will be paid. For clinical users to have confidence in e-JobPlan it is essential that they understand how PA value figures are calculated. The Support Desk is happy to answer any queries users may have regarding PA calculations in e-JobPlan.
