Leave management can be a frustrating process, hampered by form-filling, and by having to wait as hard copies get held up in the internal hierarchy of approval.
Zircadian’s new e-Leave solution eliminates the challenges of applying for and approving leave, and the associated paper trail.


The e-Leave module automatically calculates consultant entitlements, outstanding leave and carry‑overs from previous years. Consultants can request leave electronically. Clinical leads (managers) can then check leave requests against existing staffing levels and planned activities before deciding to authorise.
The e-Leave system highlights leave requests with insufficient notice, and integrates with the job planning module to clearly show which activities will be cancelled or delayed due to leave being taken.
