Consultants deliver the majority of front line services in a trust. They are an incredibly valuable resource and it is vital that their work is well understood and planned effectively. Zircadian has developed a suite of products for consultants that helps them organise their work, leave and revalidation documentation. Our software allows them to plan their work and leave more flexibly and efficiently with respect to their department's service objectives. These solutions are all delivered through one easy-to-access Consultant Portal so that the doctor has access to all of this information in one place and from anywhere. Our systems are used by more than 9,000 consultants, and are secure and user-friendly.

 

e-JobPlan

The market leading solution e-Plan (formerly MyJobPlan) allows consultants to create and submit their job plans electronically. Departmental leads can create service plans to assess capacity issues.

 

e-Appraisal

Supporting information and appraisal summaries need to be held over a five-year cycle for revalidation purposes. This module helps consultants file and organise their paper-based evidence online, manages the appraisal process and provides effective summaries for responsible officers.
