Data migration
Trusts purchasing MyJobPlan often have existing paper job plans which they would like input in to the system. By purchasing this additional service trusts will usually find that the inaccuracy of calculating PAs by hand is highlighted. Comparison shows an average reduction of between 0.1 and 0.3 PAs per job plan by using the electronic system. This equates to an average saving of between 10 and 30 PAs per year in a trust with 100 consultants.

 

Account management
This comes as a standard service included with the licence fee. Upon purchase of the system the trust is appointed an account manager who is there to provide support during the implementation of MyJobPlan and ensure the trust gets the most out of the system.

 

In discussion with the trust the account manager creates a project plan and agrees objectives, focusing on what the trust wishes to get from the job planning process. Any risks to achieving these objectives are identified at the start. On an on-going basis the account manager then reviews trust progress against the agreed project plan and objectives. They produce regular reports for the trust project manager and medical director, identifying any areas that need further assistance and helping the trust derive as much value as possible out of the system. Regular review meetings are held to review progress.

 

Project management
Zircadian Project Management is a new service available to trusts which require focused assistance with the implementation of MyJobPlan. Working closely with the key stakeholders, Zircadian will develop and execute a project plan that covers the
planning, implementation and completion of electronic job planning. The service can be applied across the whole trust or restricted to one or more departments requiring additional help. It provides the depth and duration of support trusts want and need, expertly guiding them every step of the way. Zircadian recognises that each trust operates differently and will have their own approaches to this issue: one size does not fit all. To address this we carefully tailor your project plan, within budgetary constraints, to match the specific requirements of the trust.

Healthcheck

Zircadian’s e-JobPlan Healthcheck service is available to trusts which are already using the e-JobPlan software. Zircadian’s Project Management Team will assess the health of a trust’s job planning processes, its supporting documentation and its utilisation of e-JobPlan features. The Healthcheck can be used at any stage before, during or after a round of job planning, and is recommended as a way to ensure the trust is capitalising on all available benefits. The e-JobPlan Healthcheck comprises five days of focused analysis and recommendations. A report of the key findings, issues and recommendations for improvement and optimisation will be submitted upon completion, along with actionable intelligence.
