Project Management - an extra helping hand with the implementation of electronic job planning

 

Project Management is a new service available to trusts which require focused assistance with the implementation of e-JobPlan. Working closely with the key stakeholders, Zircadian will develop and execute a project plan that covers the planning, implementation and completion of electronic job planning. The service can be applied across the whole trust or restricted to one or more departments requiring additional help. It provides the depth and duration of support trusts want and need, expertly guiding them every step of the way. Zircadian recognises that each trust operates differently and will have their own approaches to this issue: one size does not fit all. To address this we carefully tailor your project plan, within budgetary constraints, to match the specific requirements of the trust.

Healthcheck - Zircadian's new job planning health assessment service

 

Zircadian’s e-JobPlan Healthcheck service is available to trusts which are already using the e-JobPlan software. Zircadian will assess the health of a trust’s job planning processes, its supporting documentation and its utilisation of e-JobPlan features. The Healthcheck can be used at any stage before, during or after a round of job planning, and is recommended as a way to ensure the trust is capitalising on all available benefits. The e-JobPlan Healthcheck comprises five days of focused analysis and recommendations. A report of the key findings, issues and recommendations for improvement and optimisation will be submitted upon completion, along with actionable intelligence.

The Project Management and Healthcheck services are led by Vicky Jones. Vicky has over 15 years’ experience working in medical HR for both acute and mental health NHS trusts. Throughout her career Vicky has worked with both consultants and NHS managers. She has expert knowledge of the Terms & Conditions of Service, clinical excellence awards and appraisal process. She brings her extensive experience of the realities of job planning at trust end to this unique service: she knows what works and what doesn’t work, and why. This valuable perspective helps her to deliver a helpful, informed assessment and make any necessary recommendations.
