Zircadian's first MyJobPlan Regional Forum was held today for all those trusts in the London region using the MyJobPlan system. The event was held at the Royal College of Physicians and will be the first of a continuing programme of forums, with the next taking place in the South West.

 

Today's event featured a presentation by guest speaker Dr David Scott, Chairman, BMA CCSC Medical Manager's Committee, Consultant Paediatrician and Clinical Lead for Children's Services, and Trust Lead for Revalidation at East Sussex Hospitals NHS Trust. Dr Scott delivered a talk on the Challenges and Solutions to Successful Job Planning.

 

The regional forums aim to:

• provide opportunities for attendees to discuss the MyJobPlan system with their peers from neighbouring NHS trusts;

• share results of recent feedback on the system, identify common challenges and provide solutions;

• enable sharing of knowledge, experience and best practice between trusts, with regard to system implementation and ongoing system management;

• give a preview of forthcoming developments scheduled over the next 18 months

• gather views and ideas on how MyJobPlan can be further improved.
