This one day masterclass is for appraisers to develop and improve their skills, in line with the processes taking shape as the NHS Revalidation Support Team makes progress towards publishing the new Medical Appraisal Guide in March 2012. It will be an opportunity for delegates to network, problem solve, learn from others and develop individual skills and competence in developing an effective appraisal process, including the appraisal interview itself.
