About us

Simon joined Zircadian in October 2005. Having attended Westminster University to study Computer Science, he spent several years working for the NHS and also in retail management for Marks & Spencer. Simon now heads up the Support, Implementation and Training Team.

Richard joined Zircadian in June 2006, and after spending time working on the customer service desk and sales teams, Richard is now Senior Account Manager, working to ensure our clients get the absolute best from Zircadian’s services. During his time at Zircadian Richard has become one of the company's leading specialists in Junior Doctor working arrangements, particularly in the complex area of rota design and management. Richard’s detailed working knowledge of both the New Deal contract and European Working Time Regulations enable him to regularly advise trusts on contractual process and best practice to help avoid costly non-compliance issues.

Before joining Zircadian in May 2009, Chris worked for a multi-national company as a Regional Training Officer whilst studying for his Law degree. He also has a Merit award for a Masters in Medical Law and Bioethics.

Elaine joined Zircadian in May 2009 having spent four years working in retail recruitment and two years in retail management in Ireland. She graduated in 2005 from Dublin Institute of Technology with a B.Sc in Retail and Services Management.

Chau completed an LLB Law degree, graduating from the University of Hertfordshire in 2009. During her time at University she was part of a team of Student Legal Advisors at the University of Hertfordshire’s Law Clinic. Prior to this she also gained five years experience working in retail, and spent a year working in the department of Hospitality and Estates at the University. Chau joined Zircadian in July 2009.

Lauren graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2007 with a degree in Geography, during which time she also worked for the finance department at the local council. Since leaving university she has undertaken customer service based roles and more recently worked with Ortho Pro Teknica as a Laboratory Assistant. Lauren has spent time travelling in South America, South East Asia and Australasia and joined Zircadian in July 2010.

Perri graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2008 with a BA in English. Before joining Zircadian’s Implementation Team in June 2011, she worked in retail and stock management for Marks & Spencer.

Before coming to Zircadian in June 2011, Mark had a ten year career within the NHS, mostly within the Primary Care Agency (which became the Primary Care Support Service). There he undertook a number of responsibilities of behalf of PCTs within Surrey and South West London primarily handling medical and dental contracting, performing web-editing for NHS Choices, maintaining a local list of GMC warnings, and managing patient data relating to home oxygen payments. He has also been employed in an out of hours GP provider service. Mark has travelled in Russia and Eastern Europe.

Robbie’s background has always been within customer services. He worked for a number of years in the telecommunications sector, handling a high volume of customer enquiries. In addition to this, Robbie has worked in customer care within a repairs and maintenance company. Robbie studied Economics before going on to study Drama at the Poor School, and appearing in dramatic productions.

For the four years prior to his arrival at Zircadian Trevor worked for LDM Global (Legal Document Management), as Production Supervisor. The role involved the day-to-day logistics of large scanning projects and the management development of production staff.

Prior to this his roles included work in the CD/DVD replication industry for two of the largest independent, European manufacturers of music and movie media.

Marion studied Biology, Sports, Theology and Teaching in Landau and Hamburg, Germany. She gained her degree in 2002 from the University of Hamburg and worked as teacher for two years before joining Zircadian in 2007.
