Simon Digweed

Customer Service Lead (Junior Doctors)

Simon joined Zircadian in October 2005. Having attended Westminster University to study Computer Science, he spent several years working for the NHS and also in retail management for Marks & Spencer. Simon now heads up the MRM-Live Support Team.

Colette Thérèse

Customer Service Lead (Consultants)

Colette joined Zircadian in June 2008. After having graduated in Applied Criminology and Psychology, she worked as an administrator for Kent County Council within the Kent Highway Services department. Colette is now responsible for the MyJobPlan support team.

Chris Broome

Senior Support Consultant

Before joining Zircadian in May 2009, Chris worked for a multi-national company as a Regional Training Officer whilst studying for his Law degree. He also has a Merit award for a Masters in Medical Law and Bioethics.

Marion Koch

Training & Support Consultant

Marion studied Biology, Sports, Theology and Teaching in Landau and Hamburg, Germany. She gained her degree in 2002 from the University of Hamburg and worked as teacher for two years before joining Zircadian in 2007.

Chloe Conway

Training & Support Consultant

Chloe came to Zircadian from media sales where she spent two years working for a leading media group on its South London publications. She then progressed to an online sales role for a large publisher in Surrey before joining Zircadian in February 2009.

Elaine Healy

Training & Support Consultant

Elaine joined Zircadian in May 2009 having spent four years working in retail recruitment and two years in retail management in Ireland. She graduated in 2005 from Dublin Institute of Technology with a B.Sc in Retail and Services Management. Elaine has also spent time travelling around South America, Australasia and Asia.

Chau Tran

Training & Support Consultant

Chau completed an LLB Law degree, graduating from the University of Hertfordshire in 2009. During her time at University she was part of a team of Student Legal Advisors at the University of Hertfordshire’s Law Clinic. Prior to this she also gained five years experience working in retail, and spent a year working in the department of Hospitality and Estates at the University. Chau joined Zircadian in July 2009.

The company’s first product RotaWorks, a junior doctor rota management system, was and continues to be a huge success. RotaWorks has now become MRM-Live and is being used by 110 NHS trusts and five SHAs. More than 1,000 users log on to MRM-Live every day.

Since its beginning Zircadian has expanded and diversified rapidly to become the leading provider of software and consultancy services for managing all hospital doctors in the NHS. Its second core software system, MyJobPlan, has fast become the premier choice for online consultant job planning, and has been chosen by 50 trusts to date.

Zircadian continues to be the only supplier of web-based medical staffing software with helpdesk support included. The company is based in Wimbledon and has 37 permanent staff.
