Michael Sealy

Sales Manager

Mike brings a wealth of international experience to his role, having worked for several years as an IT Consultant based in his native Barbados. He also worked in Nassau Bahamas as a major account IT Manager selling large-scale banking solutions throughout the entire English speaking Caribbean. Mike migrated to the UK in 2002 to complete his Masters in International Marketing Management at the University of Surrey, to complement his Bachelors in Management obtained from the University of the West Indies. He joined Zircadian in March 2007.

Richard Lucas

Sales Executive

After attending Bournemouth University to study Journalism Richard spent some time travelling in America, Australia and Africa. When he returned home he worked in a number of customer support and helpdesk roles including the Metropolitan Police building maintenance contractors. Richard joined Zircadian in June 2006.

Dee Enright

Marketing Manager

After graduating in Media Professional Studies from Liverpool John Moore’s University, Dee worked for Cornwall Healthcare NHS Trust as Communications Manager. She spent a number of years teaching English in the UK and abroad, including two years living and working in Tokyo, and more recently she worked in freelance journalism in London before joining Zircadian in June 2008.

Zircadian was established in November 2000 with the intention of providing NHS trusts with professional, medical HR software and excellent levels of support.

The company’s first product RotaWorks, a junior doctor rota management system, was and continues to be a huge success. RotaWorks has now become MRM-Live and is being used by 110 NHS trusts and five SHAs. More than 1,000 users log on to MRM-Live every day.

Since its beginning Zircadian has expanded and diversified rapidly to become the leading provider of software and consultancy services for managing all hospital doctors in the NHS. Its second core software system, MyJobPlan, has fast become the premier choice for electronic job planning, and has been chosen by 50 trusts to date.

Zircadian continues to be the only supplier of web-based medical staffing software with helpdesk support included. The company is based in Wimbledon and has 37 permanent staff.
