| The role of Medical Staffing has fundamentally changed in recent years. New regulations affecting doctors’ hours and numerous NHS-wide initiatives have increased the workload and the importance of every Medical Staffing department. Since 2000 we have worked with Trusts and SHAs across the country to understand these changes and to create the tools that Medical Staffing needs to meet each new challenge. Initially founded to help the NHS cope with the changes presented by the New Deal, Zircadian has successfully grown to provide Medical Staffing teams with a range of solutions. Since we started, these solutions have enabled the NHS to make savings of over £15m!
